Tea Sparrow is a Vancouver-based e-commerce selling loose-leaf tea and tea subscription boxes. Tea subscription boxes allow for tea-lovers to sample a variety of different teas at a low price per month. Having recently remodeled their website, Tea Sparrow customers notice a disconnect in brand image from what is being seen online to what they perceive when the product arrives at their door. In order to solve the problem I proposed establishing a style guide to be used across print and digital mediums and designing new packaging.
